• Keep one’s eyes on s/t or s/o =watching or looking at something very focused.
• ex) You’re keeping your eyes on the road, frequently, when we have babies or toddlers, we often say, could you keep an eye on?
• ex) You’re in an airport, but you don’t want to take your bag, “could you keep an eye on my bag?”
• ex) You can keep your eyes on the soup while I make the salad.
